Originally planned as a single recruitment campaign for the Victorian Government to fill vital roles, the success of the campaign resulted it in becoming an umbrella recruitment brand (Jobs that Matter) for multiple government departments and vital roles across the state.

The impact.

As a result of the campaign’s success, Jobs That Matter became an umbrella recruitment brand for vital community service roles across Victorian Government departments.
