Wage Inspectorate Victoria - Brand and Awareness campaign

Launching protections for Victoria's most vulnerable workers.

To introduce Wage Inspectorate Victoria (WIV), a new statutory authority under the Department of Premier and Cabinet, we developed a communication approach that needed to reach both businesses and workers, including many from culturally diverse backgrounds.

The solution? A bold typographic campaign where the message itself became the visual. This design-driven approach allowed complex employment rights information to be clearly communicated across multiple languages and cultures, while thoughtfully selected imagery enhanced connection with diverse communities.

Key messages about child employment, contractor rights, and wage theft were delivered with clarity and authority, establishing WIV as a powerful new guardian of workplace fairness from day one.
