Traditionally, the livestock industry was single-minded in approach: bug, drug, kill. This led to habitual thinking - fundamental change was needed.

Bayer Grow was that change—the next-generation ruminant livestock solution, linking data, nutrition, technology, and all available products (including those from competitors) to help farmers maximise their production and improve Australia’s agricultural output.

Australian farmers face an unforgiving reality: land is finite.

Yet (or because of this), they avoid risk at all costs, following generational advice, word of mouth, and absolute proof.

Bayer Grow was a huge leap forward; a holistic approach that delivered genuine efficiencies and improvements. Grow generated more from the same land, by providing the best products and advice, wherever it came from.

More than a thought-leadership position, it was a true leadership.
